Sales, Bookings & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of frozen pet treats and food safety standards, all product sales are final.

At Cold Nose Creameries, we proudly offer sample taste testing prior to purchase so each pup can find their favorite flavor before ordering. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Paw-ty Package Bookings

Private events and Paw-ty Packages require advance booking and are subject to availability.

Once Cold Nose Creameries and the customer agree upon a package, event date, time, and location, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total package price is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled event date.

If the remaining balance is not received by the payment deadline, Cold Nose Creameries reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

Cancellations

Customer cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date may be eligible for a one-time event rescheduling, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable, and any deposits paid will be forfeited.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

For outdoor events, Cold Nose Creameries will work with the customer to determine whether an event should be rescheduled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Right to Refuse Service

Cold Nose Creameries reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or decline event requests that present safety concerns, violate applicable laws, or fall outside the scope of services offered.
